Even if it is not the season, here is a picture of winter just to refresh ourselves because it is warm today! I took this picture just before a snowstorm at the Col de la Croix Morand which is located on the road between the Lac Chambon and La Bourboule (it's about one hour far from Clermont Ferrand). The sky was grey, everything was grey and you really feel alone when you are in a place with... nobody around! 10 minutes later, I had to leave because it was like night at 2pm! As you can see, it snows in Auvergne. For people who like skiing, there are some great places to ski with all the family.
